3 Tips to relax

It’s essential to take a break each day to wind down and reset.

We should all have something we do help maximise the benefits of a chill out.

These are my top three Time Out Tips.

  1. Make time to relax. No matter how busy you are, set aside at least half an hour each day when you do something calming.
  2. Have a peaceful music play list. Music is one of the greatest influencers of mood. Listen to music that makes you feel calm or happy.
  3. Smell something nice. Have a bottle of scent or some fresh scented flowers nearby that lifts your spirits. Smells are also powerful mood influencers!
