It’s essential to take a break each day to wind down and reset.
We should all have something we do help maximise the benefits of a chill out.
These are my top three Time Out Tips.
- Make time to relax. No matter how busy you are, set aside at least half an hour each day when you do something calming.
- Have a peaceful music play list. Music is one of the greatest influencers of mood. Listen to music that makes you feel calm or happy.
- Smell something nice. Have a bottle of scent or some fresh scented flowers nearby that lifts your spirits. Smells are also powerful mood influencers!
