Don’t forget to change your clocks!

When do we change our clocks.

Many of us rely on smart watches, smart phones and a plethora of connected devices to keep track of time. These marvels of technology will update automatically but older clocks and traditional watches will need adjusting in the good old fashioned way.

Clocks go forward at 01:00 am on the last Sunday in March and back the last Sunday of October in the UK, Europe, Greenland and Lebanon.

The US (Except Arizona) move clocks forward on the second Sunday of March and back on the first Sunday of November.

Australian States/Territories ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA adjust daylight saving hours on the first Sunday of October and April.

Useful tip to help remember if the clocks move forward or backwards:

The hour springs forward in spring and falls back in fall.
