Make your own pizza base with only 2 ingredients

Making your own pizza is fun – especially when you make the dough too!

All you knead (get it?) is a cup of self-raising flour and a cup of Greek yogurt.

  1. Mix them together in a bowl and knead the mix for 6-9 minutes adding flour if required until it’s nicely doughy.

  2. Work your dough into a pizza base. Plonk it onto a greased non-stick baking tray and add the toppings.

  3. Cook in a hot (190C) oven to make the base crisp.

  4. Enjoy the bragging rights to your own pizza base.
